So last night we rolled up the characters for the upcoming Traveller game.
Jason's playing an extremely wealthy and powerful doctor from the desert world of Jae Tallona.
Greg's character is a well-travelled space pirate, hooked on anagathic drugs and with a badass cyborg arm.
Matt got hosed bad, starting in the Imperial Navy and getting most of the way through his training before being sent to prison for a crime he didn't commit. From there, he went into law enforcement, as the anti-smuggling force saw his Navy experience as valuable - but when a gang of pirates managed to make off with the investment funds that were supposed to save the planetary economy, the heat fell on the guy with a criminal record. Unable to get a job anywhere else, he ended up fighting for a regional Aesirian warlord on Mjolnir, learning the ways of berzerker rage from them, eventually deciding he'd developed enough skills to go back and take revenge on the chief of the anti-smuggling task force, the one that fitted him up (as he learned from Greg).
And I still have to work out how I'm going to slot in Rachel's hiver.
